Exercise plays critical part for keeping healthy, feeling better and living longer. Every individual needs regular exercise. Exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight along with preventing diseases like – diabetes, cancer and heart problems.

People of all ages need exercise. Especially, teenage and adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity regularly. We can take up different types of exercises for improving physical fitness. These include sample examples like resistance training to increase the body’s strength, power, and muscular endurance and helps to create a lean and toned body. Aerobic exercise helps to increase your heart beat faster than the normal and increases your breathing. Stretching exercises to extend your limbs and muscles to full extent.

The other exercise like walking briskly, swimming, bicycling, weight training etc helps strengthen your body and improve your fitness level. So, the key to more fitness is to find right exercise for you, which is more fun and one you are more likely to stay-motivated by. Start with simple training exercises and stay focused to continue along with trying hard ones.
