If you take marijuana there is a possibility of your liver getting damaged. People who are suffering from hepatitis C are advised not to take Marijuana as it acts as an inflammatory substance on liver. If hepatitis C patients take this marijuana in regular basis then there is higher risk of liver fibrosis, or scarring of the liver tissue.
