American top billionaire Donald Trump has finally made it on constructing $1.5 billion golf resort on Aberdeen, Scotland. This golf course seems to benefit Scotland in many ways and leave Aberdeen and Scotland with pride for many generations.

This huge golf complex is to be built on 800 acre land in Aberdeenshire. It was a fisherman and quarry worker who filed this case against Trump. His house and farm was located on the centre of the to-be-built resort and said to have faced many harassments from Trump to empty the location. He even refused the buy-out from Trump.

The golf course is planned to contain two 18-hole championship courses with a club house, four blocks of 950 apartments, 500 private homes, 36 villas, a golf academy, accommodation for 400 staff connected by a coast road officially named “Trump Boulevard”.

The resort is scheduled to open during Spring season of 2011.
